Service Description

The 3rd appointment is typically booked around a month or two later, so we can make sure things are going as planned, keep you accountable and make any necessary changes to your plan. These follow-up appointments are designed to help you stay on track, maintain the progress you’ve worked hard to achieve, and continue optimizing your health over time. True healing is a process that requires attention, thoughtful adjustment, and ongoing support. During these sessions, we’ll revisit your treatment plan, assess how your body is responding, and make any necessary changes to ensure it continues to align with your evolving needs. These check-ins are key to fine-tuning your approach and preventing setbacks. We often use this time to retest blood work or other functional tests, allowing us to objectively track improvements and identify any lingering imbalances. Lab work isn't just a diagnostic tool — it's a powerful way to measure how your body is adapting to the plan and how we can optimize it further. Think of these appointments as essential course corrections. Even small tweaks — to your supplements, diet, lifestyle, or stress management strategies — can make a major difference in how you feel and function long-term. Many patients find these follow-ups motivating and supportive — they’re a reminder that you're not doing this alone. You have a trusted partner helping you stay accountable, adjust as needed, and continue learning about your body. Most patients only need to see me a few times per year after the initial two visits. But each of these touchpoints plays a vital role in ensuring that your initial gains lead to lasting results — and ultimately, to a healthier, more resilient you.
